Commissioning (Cx) is the process of ensuring that all systems and components of an office or a building are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the owner.

Commissioning Agent (CxA) is an expert or team of experts, which ensures smooth commissioning.

Type of Commissioning

·       Fundamental Commissioning: from the commencement of the project  till occupancy stage.

·       Enhanced commissioning: at periodic intervals during post-occupancy phase. It’s mandatory to have a Testing and Commissioning Consultant for Commercial Premises opting for Green Certification.
